Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite large new and renewal accounts to achieve top and bottom-line targets, both regionally and globally.
•Grow the Upstream and Offshore Renewables portfolio, increasing Allianz’s presence in these markets.
•Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms and conditions with brokers, and proactively manage capacity.
•Underwrite in accordance with the Line of Business governance framework, including Underwriting Authorities and Guidelines.
•Train, develop, and coach less experienced staff, including Underwriters.
