Key Responsibilities

  • •Receipt, verification, and processing of vendor invoices using NetSuite and Coupa.
  • •Receipt, verification, and processing of employee expenses using Concur.
  • •Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions to NetSuite to support vendor accounts.
  • •Support payroll and compliance reporting for travel & expense reimbursements and answer AP/travel & expense questions.
  • •Place payment holds when necessary, support external/internal audit work, and maintain SLA adherence.

Key Requirements
