Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training and hands-on learning from day one
•Complete three years of multiple IT assignments to build understanding of business processes and how to develop quality solutions
•Support business day-to-day activities including system usage/entitlement as part of rotations
•Contribute to application development efforts including design, construction, implementation, and upgrades
•Administer systems and security-related environments (e.g., client/server databases, enterprise UNIX, and network solutions) as part of rotations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field
•Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
•Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, or similar) and experience building or maintaining production software systems
•Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix)
•Experience with cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code or container orchestration (Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker)
