Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and meet residents’ varying needs.
  • •Support residents with companionship and personal care as required.
  • •Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
  • •Communicate with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
  • •Complete DBS check as part of recruitment process (cost covered by employer)
