Provide front-line customer service while processing banking transactions as a Senior Teller. Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality, personalized customer service while greeting, closing, resolving errors, and communicating professionally.
•Process checking and savings deposits/withdrawals and handle payments and orders such as loan, real estate tax, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
•Count, prove, and package currency, balance the cash drawer, and research teller differences within the required timeframe.
•Meet assigned sales referral goals and participate in required in-house training related to sales, customer service, compliance, product knowledge, and bank systems.
•Assist the Teller Supervisor and manager with compliance, end-of-day balancing, quarterly audit work, travelers checks, cash ordering, and security-related procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 22.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year or more of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, and/or sales (or an equivalent combination).
•Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position.
