Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain a centralized delivery repository in Jira to track status, milestones, target dates, and ownership.
  • •Define and continuously improve release and delivery management processes across workstreams, application teams, test management, and environments.
  • •Create, maintain, and publish the Release Overview (ROV) in Jira, including dependencies, scope, milestones, and planned downtimes.
  • •Develop detailed cutover plans for major release weekends, including validation steps and rollback procedures.
  • •Lead weekend deployments by running the Control Room, managing live escalations and aligning release activities with ITIL frameworks, including emergency changes and post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or similar.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in complex IT delivery and release management, including cutover planning and change governance.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Jira (workflow setup, customization, dashboard creation, reporting) and MS Project.
  • •Strong knowledge of change, incident, and release management workflows in ServiceNow (or similar ITIL-aligned platforms).
  • •Experience delivering using SDLC with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies; solid understanding of ITIL Service Transition.
