Craft, optimize, evaluate, and benchmark AI prompts to improve agentic performance for enterprise customer experience use cases. Apply NLP and machine learning principles to design client-specific prompts and tool descriptions, automate prompt testing, and build evaluation frameworks. Partner with Customer Success and Data Science teams to document prompt improvements, stay current on NLP research, and iterate on model- and customer-specific adaptations.
