Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects with emphasis on Real Estate and Facilities initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • •Elicit and manage IT requirements, define WBS and IT work packages, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and dependencies.
  • •Serve as the IT lead for site-related initiatives (openings, consolidations, closures), coordinating IT infrastructure deployment aligned with construction and facilities timelines.
  • •Manage vendors and third-party deliverables/contract performance; provide leadership status updates, risks, and escalation paths.
  • •Manage project budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting, and risk mitigation while ensuring alignment with IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •8-10+ years of IT project management experience delivering IT infrastructure equipment/capabilities to internal/external stakeholders or customers.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing Real Estate/Facilities-related IT projects (office builds, relocations, major renovations).
  • •Working knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (networking, end-user computing, AV, security systems) and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (or actively pursuing); ability to travel to site locations as required.
