Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the payable accounting team to ensure smooth payable operations, including training and support.
  • •Prepare monthly payable reports such as creditors aging, monthly payment report, supplier reconciliation, and accounts payable & accrued purchases.
  • •Review payable documents (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, payment terms, approvals) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • •Process payments to partners, suppliers, associates, staff, petty cash, and accreditation items via approved channels and company policies.
  • •Maintain VAT accounting compliance and coordinate security and health/safety requirements, including reconciliations and handling adjustments for reversed/cancelled activities.

Salary: 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant payable accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
  • •Thorough knowledge of international financial and reporting standards (IFRS) and updates to local/federal financial standards and laws.
  • •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • •Proficiency with computerized accounting/financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office; strong leadership and communication skills.
