Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from hedge funds, trading firms, and elite technical organisations
  • •Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit
  • •Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiences
  • •Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets
  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines
