Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP using Terraform, designing reusable modules and patterns.
  • •Operate and evolve multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters (EKS), including node lifecycle, upgrades, security contexts, and networking decisions.
  • •Own the operational side of streaming infrastructure migration from managed Kafka (MSK) to WarpStream, including supporting tooling.
  • •Develop platform tooling and reconcilers that underpin the platform contract model, including writing Go and working with the Kubernetes API.
  • •Design foundational networking and security infrastructure and drive operational excellence through on-call, runbooks, and incident-driven automation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, VPC, or similar) and operating real infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of Kubernetes in production, beyond local environments.
  • •Infrastructure-as-code experience, with Terraform strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Go, Python, or shell scripting, plus comfort with CI/CD and on-call/incident response.
