  • •Lead the global CMS practice strategy and operating agenda across Visa Commercial Solutions, Visa Direct, and Visa Government Solutions.
  • •Partner to develop and commercialize scalable Marketing Services solutions, including maturity/market readiness assessment and opportunity prioritization.
  • •Create and maintain sales plays, playbooks, and case studies, adapting global propositions for regional market dynamics and client needs.
  • •Consolidate and monitor CMS revenue and pipeline performance using client, project, pipeline, and funding data; track adoption and lead-generation effectiveness.
  • •Serve as primary Global Marketing Services partner for CMS stakeholders; lead cross-functional forums, manage the global CMS budget, and coach direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in marketing, commercialization, business development, sales enablement, strategy, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and commercialize client-focused solutions, propositions, or sales strategies.
  • •Strong commercial and analytical capabilities using revenue, pipeline, and client data to identify opportunities and prioritize.
