Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to understand goals, metrics, and decision needs.
  • •Own analysis end to end, clarifying the real question, selecting/building datasets, and delivering answers with actionable follow-through.
  • •Deepen and document subscription-domain metric definitions, caveats, filters, and known gotchas.
  • •Build trusted analytics assets including dbt models, LookML explores, and dashboards.
  • •Use agent tooling as a force multiplier by curating semantic context, flagging incorrect answers, and updating definitions back into dbt and LookML.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in an analytics role (Data Analyst/BI Analyst/Business Analyst/Analytics Engineer or similar).
  • •Direct experience partnering with business teams such as Marketing, Sales, or Finance on analytics needs.
  • •Strong SQL and comfort working directly in a data warehouse to reach answers without hand-holding.
  • •Experience owning datasets and dashboards depended on by non-technical teams.
