Job Summary

Own shipping and receiving operations by entering finish-goods and Ramco receiving program data, preparing shipping and export documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Reconcile system counts to physical inventories and perform cycle counts for finish goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies. Support warehouse cleanliness, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with Purchasing and Customer Service, and communicate issues that may impact releases to ship or production activity.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate and timely data entry of finish goods inventory programs and the Ramco receiving system for all inventory transactions and adjustments.
•Prepare, distribute, and maintain receiving forms, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation.
•Reconcile inventory system to physical inventories and perform cycle counts for finish goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
•Support warehouse cleanliness to protect materials from damage or contamination.
•Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Purchasing and Customer Service, assisting shipper/receivers and communicating problems affecting releases to ship or production activity.

Key Requirements

•Responsible for accurate data entry of finish goods and Ramco receiving programs for all inventory transactions and adjustments.
•Prepare and maintain receiving forms, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation.
•Reconcile inventory system records to physical inventories and perform cycle counts as needed.
•Operate and have hands-on experience with forklifts and related material handling equipment.
•Demonstrate good oral and written communications, strong math skills, and the ability to work unsupervised with good organization and problem solving.
