•Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, covering multi-region replication, distributed query execution, fault tolerance, storage tiering, schema evolution, and disaster recovery.
•Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments across the core database engine, storage layer, and query execution framework while aligning with the open-source platform.
•Coach and mentor Product Managers across adjacent platform areas, driving prioritization and resolving cross-team dependencies.
•Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to deliver product launches and customer experiences.
•Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer commitments, and provide executive-level visibility into strategy, execution, risks, and trade-offs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

•10+ years of Product Management experience, including defining strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or database products.

•Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern data infrastructure.
•Comfort working at both strategic and technical levels with senior engineering leaders on architectural decisions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engineering, executives, customers, and external audiences.
