Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investors across the region, with a primary focus on Direct Real Estate strategies
•Respond to investor inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, coordinating across internal teams to deliver clear outcomes
•Support client meetings, portfolio reviews and due diligence requests, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
•Monitor fund performance metrics and key portfolio developments; help to prepare regular or ad-hoc client reports
•Maintain a strong audit trail and documentation standards for client deliverables and communications

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
•5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or fundraising within alternatives – Direct Real Estate experience is essential
•Strong understanding of Alternative Strategies and the investor servicing lifecycle (reporting, liquidity/cashflows, fund dynamics)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
