Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring safety, productivity, and acting as the escalation point for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and foster a positive, safe atmosphere for customers and team members
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help improve overall operations
