Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and develop Philippines and country-specific HR documentation for onboarding, PIPs, disciplinary procedures, and offboarding in line with local labor laws.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders and external legal partners to review and validate HR documentation templates, maintaining a centralized repository for internal and client use.
  • •Manage employee relations matters, including PIPs, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, abscondment cases, and termination-related queries with due-process guidance.
  • •Handle Philippines labor law advisory work, including just and authorized cause terminations, DOLE statutory filings, and DOLE SEnA/NLRC proceedings as required.
  • •Lead APAC statutory training coordination and support compliance training queries, and drive automation/process optimization for compliance workflows and onboarding guide productization.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employment Lawyer with strong employee relations and employment law expertise.
  • •Experience assessing litigation support exposure with Philippines labor law specialization.
  • •Proven experience designing and managing employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
  • •Strong research capability across multi-jurisdiction labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication, with strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
