Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the strategic development of entry-tier and mature-tier agencies focused on content quality and revenue growth.
•Train agencies and streamers to adapt more effectively to TikTok LIVE.
•Monitor agency and streamer performance using analytics and user perspective to identify growth opportunities.
•Collaborate with agencies and streamers to build trust, develop long-term plans, and improve content quality and revenue growth.
•Identify, document, and share successful strategies across agencies and countries/regions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or managing agencies.
•Ability to draw business insights using analytics, track performance, create strategies, and execute to deliver results.
•Proficient in both verbal and written English and Portuguese to communicate with external stakeholders in Brazil.
•Experience with livestreaming content; familiarity with creator economy and the content industry.
