Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Provide client account services and answer client questions in person and over the telephone.
  • •Identify and act on basic cross-sell and referral opportunities by determining client needs and directing clients to a banker.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency/coin, and submitting excess/mutilated currency.
  • •Follow bank operations and security procedures, maintaining confidentiality and documenting activities, incidents, and referrals using 360View.
