Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding new and existing banking relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, supporting branch and individual sales targets. Handle routine client maintenance and problem resolution, cross-train for teller duties, advise on consumer lending and take loan applications, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists while following controls and risk policies.
