Lead Philips’ Sleep & Respiratory Care business by aligning sales strategy with product enhancements and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide clinical demonstrations to healthcare professionals, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop training resources and team capability within Clinical Sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with product enhancements and ensure customer experience.
•Implement sales strategies based on market trend, customer needs, and competitive landscape analysis to maximize revenue opportunities.
•Demonstrate and articulate clinical benefits and product applications to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using advanced clinical knowledge.
•Monitor sales goals and performance metrics, adapting targeted plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
•Develop customized training programs for customers and develop employees in Clinical Sales to ensure compliance and achieve organizational goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management (or equivalent).
•Minimum 3 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s, or minimum 1 year’s experience with a Master’s in Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or equivalent.
•Clinical & Medical Affairs know-how.
•Marketing experience.
•Ability to apply ethical and regulatory standards while working with limited supervision in a sales environment.
