Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in low lighting in the live hang area.
  • •Reach to a moving conveyor belt to grasp live birds and transfer them to the suspended shackle line.
  • •Place both legs of the bird into the shackle while maintaining line speed (approximately 105 birds per minute).
  • •Hang approximately 27 birds per minute and visually monitor shackles to maintain placement frequency.
  • •Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor and use required PPE.
