Cashier III

Provide exceptional customer service at the cashwrap for Coach at Philadelphia Premium Outlets. You’ll greet customers warmly, support add-on sales and gift cards through the Insider Program, maintain accuracy in cash handling and policy compliance, and process returns, repairs, and damaged goods. Keep the cash area organized, monitor equipment, complete end-of-shift audits with management, and assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service standards.
