Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and related SEC materials, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q with iXBRL tagging. Support investor relations by reviewing earnings press releases and investor materials, and help develop accounting policies for complex transactions. Partner with auditors on tieouts and SOX controls, participate in goodwill and intangible asset evaluations, and run close/reconciliation activities while driving process streamlining and automation.
