Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose and correct problems on simulators and associated simulator systems.
  • •Run and evaluate FAA Approval Test Guide (ATG) / Qualification Test Guide (QTG) tests, including pre-flight and post-flight procedures.
  • •Utilize a maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities, including parts logistics duties.
  • •Perform visual alignments, refurbishment, and hardware modifications, including software changes to resolve simulator issues.
  • •Train technicians and assist the engineering team and Group Lead with modifications, design changes, and day-to-day maintenance operations.
