  • •Lead requirements gathering, define scope and objectives, and ensure business needs are accurately translated into solutions.
  • •Drive continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement for complex engagements.
  • •Use quantitative methods to perform data, cost/benefit, and process measurement analysis.
