Job Summary

Manage loan agency operational activities for a portfolio of corporate trust deals, acting as a point of contact for lenders and borrowers. Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixing, and interest/principal payments, including waterfall transactions and secondary market transfers. Review waivers and amendments, coordinate funding and system set-up for new deals, and prepare deal summaries and deal data updates in internal systems while liaising with relationship managers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a point of contact for lenders and borrowers.
•Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixing, transfers, and interest/principal payments for a varied loan portfolio.
•Process waterfall transactions and manage workflow for secondary market transfers, including signing transfer certificates and updating loan systems.
•Liaise with relationship managers to review and negotiate draft loan documentation from an operational perspective where the company acts as facility agent and security agent.
•Manage funding and deal set-up for new transactions, review waivers/amendments, prepare deal summaries, and provide/update deal data and outgoing payments.

Key Requirements

•3+ years’ experience working in a Loan Agency function or 3rd Party Agent.
•Prefer knowledge of the Facility Agent / Security Agent function in Loan Agency.
•Proven documentation review skills and ability to handle complex refinancing.
•Ability to manage own workflow and cope with complex transactions.
•Strong Excel skills and excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
