Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design for key Verifications product areas (including drug & occupational health testing) across candidate, employer, and internal operational experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions aligned to user needs and business outcomes.
  • •Simplify complex verification workflows (requests, document collection, consent/authorization, scheduling, status visibility, exception handling) into clear, user-friendly experiences.
  • •Prototype, validate, and—when appropriate—implement lightweight UI changes using AI-assisted design and development tools to improve iteration speed and quality.
  • •Translate research and product data into outcomes by proposing, testing, and refining interaction and visual design, while producing clear specs and assets for engineering.
