Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI neobank app, turning manual workflows into reliable, production-ready automation. Own AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases. Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows with a focus on safety, privacy, latency, and failure modes, then prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Build integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgment on where AI helps versus where rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understand evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes; fintech/insurance or support automation/CRM/operations automation is a strong advantage.
