Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design of structures from inception to completion
  • •Undertake assessments of existing structures, including on-site inspection and analysis
  • •Support structural engineering tasks including structural design and bridge assessment
  • •Assist with structures renewal feasibility studies and scheme management activities
  • •Use industry-leading computer software and collaborate across disciplines on client projects

Key Requirements

  • •BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above
  • •MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (advantage)
  • •Demonstrable interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and developing a career in this industry
  • •Ability to demonstrate good technical understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering
  • •Willing and able to work towards chartership with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Institute of Structural Engineers (ISructE)
