Lead the semiconductor mixed-signal production test business globally as a strategic business line leader. Develop and execute growth strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, applications, and R&D, and drive revenue expansion. Own market requirements, roadmap interlocks with R&D, and shape go-to-market plans to win opportunities in the production test space.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a mixed-signal production test strategy leading to profitable revenue growth and expanding addressable markets.
•Guide Business Managers globally as they interact with NI Sales, build customer relationships, and prioritize production test opportunities.
•Collect and document market requirements for products and solutions as part of the market segment strategy; collaborate with System Architects to translate requirements into system/product level specs handed to R&D.
•Interlock roadmap with R&D and establish multi-year forecasts, including roadmap investments and accountability for meeting forecasts.
•Provide regular updates on market segment revenue, forecasts, and insights; collaborate with SEBU Marketing and Sales for enablement and GTM plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry.
•Strong understanding of the semiconductor production test ATE market.
•Experience and knowledge of semiconductor test’s ecosystem (ATE competition, OSATs, Test houses, test cell providers, etc).
•Sales, business development, product management, technical marketing experience appreciated.
