Job Summary

Own monthly demand plans and partner with key accounts to build accurate forecasts that optimize sales, inventory, and service levels. Manage stock positioning and in-season trading by identifying overstock and stock-out risks. Lead channel-level planning, support sell-through and range reviews with data-driven insights, and maintain reporting. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align forecasting and support go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and submit monthly demand plans for assigned channels.
•Build accurate forecasts with key accounts by analyzing historical sales, market trends, and forward-looking strategies.
•Partner with global supply teams to validate replenishment plans and maintain optimal stock levels, including in-season trading risk management.
•Own channel-level planning including sell-through and stock performance, and support in-season/post-season reviews and range reviews.
•Create and maintain reporting, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align forecasts and support execution.

Key Requirements

•Greater than 5 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or a similar role in retail, FMCG, or a multi-channel environment.
•Advanced Excel capability and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
•Exposure to planning systems (e.g., IBP) is advantageous.
•Ability to execute planning processes with minimal supervision and translate business direction into operational plans and day-to-day execution.
•Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment, with attention to detail and the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
