  • •Hire, develop, empower, and manage Senior Delivery Managers and influence developers, contractors, owner’s-rep partners, and trades

  • •10+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, including several as the owner’s or GC’s senior leader on a project campus
  • •Led a multi-project portfolio and built the team that delivered it
  • •Know the end-to-end development process (entitlements/permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, handover) well enough to direct partners
  • •Executive-level experience managing developer, GC, and third-party relationships and shifting from contract administration to shared urgency
  • •Comfort leading through presence (on site most of the time) and owning outcomes where no process exists
