Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate BEES AI’s ML mission, vision, and strategy into technical roadmaps and align architecture and standards with long-term goals.
  • •Own end-to-end ML pipeline delivery, including architecture, data/feature pipelines, model development, deployment, and production scaling in partnership with data, platform, and product teams.
  • •Design and standardize an ML model development framework (project structure, experimentation, versioning, reproducibility) to improve consistency and reuse.
  • •Build observability across the ML lifecycle using monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance, quality, and drift.
  • •Ensure optimized, cost-aware deployments by scaling, resource allocation, and inference optimization while meeting SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Relevant experience with ML platform architecture, including feature stores, model registries, and training/inference pipelines.
  • •Systems thinking across scalability, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • •Software design patterns for building maintainable, production-ready ML systems.
  • •Hands-on skills with Python, PySpark, and SQL; Java, Rust, and NodeJS are a plus.
