Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair products in accordance with product component maintenance manuals to meet regulations.
  • •Disassemble, clean, repair, and test fire-extinguisher products using a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • •Execute the full repair process through the service center workflow: receiving, inspection, cleaning, tear-down, documentation, repair, reassembly, and packaging.
  • •Use SAP with minimal assistance and check work methods/results for conformance to standards.
  • •Report work progress and failures to meet quality standards; maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with EHS, ethics, international trade compliance, and HR rules.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong mechanical ability and ability to follow testing procedures.
  • •Ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.
  • •Intermediate computer skills, including typing, navigating screens, and learning new software programs.
  • •Must be safety sensitive per FAA Guidelines and be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA 14 CFR part 120 and 49 CFR part 40.
