Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events; support store team goals and initiatives.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock-room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance; maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Have 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) and be able to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
