Support the newly established SAP CoE Office in governance, demand management, and SAP community coordination. Help with project and program management support, documentation of processes and standards, meeting preparation and coordination, and regular management updates. Contribute to SAP community communication, participate in SAP communities, and create one-pagers and presentations. Support budget and cost/cross-charging topics while maintaining SharePoint and Viva Engage community pages.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for project and program management, including preparation and coordination of meetings and governance forums.
•Document processes and standards and support internal organization across the SAP CoE Office.
•Communicate within the SAP community and participate in SAP communities.
•Maintain COE SharePoint and Viva Engage community pages; create one-pagers and presentations.
•Support budget and cost/cross-charging topics and produce regular management updates for SAP CoE.

Key Requirements

•Current enrollment in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, or Digitalisierung.
•Strong communication skills and very good German and English for international collaboration.
•First knowledge in project management and structured, independent, responsible working style.
•Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
•Interest in SAP and IT transformation; ideally initial experience with Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
