Key Responsibilities

•Take end-to-end ownership of key areas of the month-end close across multiple entities and currencies with clear documentation, tight controls, and a reliable review cadence.
•Use AI tools to strengthen close quality by catching issues earlier, improving flux and variance reviews, and drafting checklists and controls documentation.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives—system implementations, process improvements, audits, new entity openings—with clear timelines and regular stakeholder communication.
•Mentor junior team members with clear goals, feedback, and growth opportunities as the team scales.
•Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, AP, and other cross-functional teams to keep accounting projects moving and on track

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally at a high-growth or multinational SaaS company
•Solid grounding in US GAAP, expense allocations, and intercompany accounting
•Comfort with multi-currency accounting and reporting across global entities
•Hands-on experience with accounting systems like NetSuite, Zip, Ramp or similar tools
•Some exposure to public-company readiness or internal controls frameworks (SOX experience is a plus)
