Senior Manager of Compensation

Design, implement, and govern compensation programs that align pay-for-performance with business strategy and the organization’s total rewards philosophy. Oversee base pay, annual incentives (including sales compensation), and long-term/equity programs, partnering with senior leaders on pay positioning, job architecture, and organizational design. Use market benchmarking and pay equity analysis to guide budgeting and forecasting while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and strengthening compensation team capabilities.
