Key Responsibilities

•Customer Solution Development: Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations.
•Technical Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy custom configurations, integrations, and features that address specific customer needs while maintaining platform integrity.
•Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Act as a translator between customer needs and technical execution.
•Customer Engagement & Enablement: Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive successful adoption.
•Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
•Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
•Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
•Entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
