Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives across our exchange platform. You will define strategy, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver high-performance features, informed by market insights and user feedback in a fast-paced fintech/crytpo environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features
•Partner with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
•Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience
•Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization
•Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve user retention
