Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and train a team of Accounts Payable Specialists and manage staffing levels and schedules.
  • •Oversee the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from purchase requisition to payment disbursement.
  • •Ensure 99% accuracy in vendor reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies to prevent payment delays.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Receiving, Finance) to ensure smooth P2P operations and respond to vendor queries within 24-48 hours.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and participate in audits.
