Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and hardware/robotics roles based in India, from sourcing through offer close.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidate bar, and build sourcing strategy.
  • •Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
  • •Drive end-to-end candidate experience, including timely communication and structured interview coordination across time zones.
  • •Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Greenhouse and provide compensation/offer closing input for India-based hires.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of closing technical talent.
  • •A technical background or demonstrated fluency recruiting for engineering, robotics, hardware, or deep tech roles.
  • •Experience recruiting in the Indian tech ecosystem with a network of engineering/robotics talent.
  • •Comfort working independently and asynchronously with a distributed, US-managed team.
  • •Strong command of Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms.
