Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and hardware/robotics roles based in India, from sourcing through offer close.
•Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidate bar, and build sourcing strategy.
•Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
•Drive end-to-end candidate experience, including timely communication and structured interview coordination across time zones.
•Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Greenhouse and provide compensation/offer closing input for India-based hires.

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of closing technical talent.
•A technical background or demonstrated fluency recruiting for engineering, robotics, hardware, or deep tech roles.
•Experience recruiting in the Indian tech ecosystem with a network of engineering/robotics talent.
•Comfort working independently and asynchronously with a distributed, US-managed team.
•Strong command of Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms.
