Job Summary

Own treasury management revenue growth by prospecting and expanding client relationships through new business and cross-sell opportunities. Lead sales management by articulating the value proposition, building and managing a win/loss pipeline in CRM, and delivering quarterly service reviews. Partner with client teams to understand needs, provide working capital solutions, communicate timelines, ensure documentation, and resolve client issues while operating within the bank’s risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect for new business and drive cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth and client retention.
•Manage sales pipeline using CRM, including win/loss decisions, calling strategies, and quarterly service reviews.
•Present working capital and strategic treasury management solutions, including understanding payment processes and competitive positioning.
•Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers, and execute a plan to exceed sales goals.
•Coordinate with client specialists to resolve issues, ensure proper account documentation and agreement execution, and communicate implementation timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•CTP certification is strongly encouraged.
•Minimum of 4 years commercial banking/treasury management experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
•Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals with strong client interaction and sales influence.
•Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Office) and strong oral and written communication.
