Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow operating discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient lab operation while serving as an EHS advocate and role model.
  • •Perform lab tests using equipment and methods including resin property testing (density, melt index, DSC, FTIR, microscope) and related tests.
  • •Plan and execute experimental work for TS&D review, handling routine and non-standard tasks according to approved plans.
  • •Organize, summarize, and report experimental results by preparing data tables/charts and clearly documenting findings for project teams or the principal investigator.
  • •Manage daily lab operations including sample inventory and delivery, equipment maintenance/documentation, and Lab 5S/EHS activities; support improvement of test methods and capabilities.
