Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Anduril’s training team and orchestrate delivery of training on Anduril products.
  • •Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our product capabilities and technology.
  • •Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team to capture product updates and support training of end users.
  • •Serve as the voice of our customers by capturing feedback and informing development of new product features.
  • •Design training curriculums across platforms and ensure materials stay current with new features.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience related to building, delivering and overseeing training for complex products.
  • •Training and training management background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training.
  • •This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
