•Lead the Business: Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales, support the Store Manager with business plans, analyze product performance, and develop action plans.
•Client Journey: Ensure customers feel welcome, communicate Prada values, and guide clients through an engaging journey that builds loyalty.
•Customer Relations Management: Cultivate customer relationships to create loyal brand advocates and leverage the team to capture customer profiles with every transaction.
•Team Management: Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, and ensure high standards of care and customer service.
•Store Care: Oversee back-of-house organization, store policies, and brand asset protection while ensuring staff grooming and product knowledge are up to standard.
