Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures as a safety leader.
  • •Partner with site teams to understand operational reporting processes, data sources, business logic, and data gaps.
  • •Document source-to-report data flows, transformations, assumptions, ownership, and business logic for critical operational metrics.
  • •Define site data requirements to support Site OPRs and Enterprise Performance Reporting in a consistent and repeatable way.
  • •Support transition activities and cross-functionally reduce manual reporting effort to improve consistency across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience working with operational data, reporting, analytics, business process improvement, or data enablement.
  • •Strong understanding of how business processes translate into data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • •Experience documenting data flows, business logic, reporting requirements, data gaps, and process dependencies.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Excel, VBA, Power Query, or similar data tools is an asset.
