Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience to Lucid clients, internal and external.
  • •Handle vehicle drives including dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, running to the Bodyshop, and test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
  • •Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including check-in process when needed.
  • •Assist technicians with basic repairs and support the service department with staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have basic automotive knowledge.
  • •Be willing to obtain forklift certification post hire and complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
  • •Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
